Meet Our Team

Skilled in restorative engagement as a conflict prevention strategy by fostering climates of respect and intercultural understanding to support multi-stakeholder collaborations in achieving desired outcomes and healthy workplace environments.

When conflicts arise, formal procedures for addressing misconduct can lead to fractured relationships, such as stigma, alienation, and marginalization. Informal, voluntary conflict resolution methods, used either as alternatives or alongside formal ones, aim to repair harm and restore peace. Community issues related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility can be addressed. Culturally grounded restorative engagement services offer an effective platform for aligning organizational goals with relevant sections of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) and Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) Calls to Action.
